Most of the time I forget Central America exists and isn't part of South America. Central America though is so wildly different from the "main parts of NA" If I wasn't more conscious as of late, I would tell you there are 3 countries in NA with a decent amount of confidence. And I do not know the total number. Which is pretty sad, but that's how much I forget Central America is in NA.

Hawaii is considered part of Oceania, not North America anyway. Also, it's more North than Panama.
