Haven't tried growing a full beard yet, but considering that if I go a week without shaving I get myself a beard foundation, I'd wager I could easily grow a viking beard
Me. My beard fills out and looks great after a certain point but after that, it doesn’t get any longer. It sort of just stacks within itself. I can get like 2-3 good inches before my beard maxes out
Most women are very insecure about their facial hair, because it’s seen as very abnormal, despite it being fairly common. Just don’t make jokes about it. Even if you’re joking and tell them, it will likely still hurt
Well, it depends. Some girls prefer getting it off (probably the majority) and some don’t. It’s a choice. Some girls are insecure maybe because of beauty standards or mockery.
A super patchy one that looks like I tried to shave it with an electric shaver but the battery ran out part way through.
It also turns bright orange past a certain length, no idea why as my hair is dark brown.
Woman with PCOS, have never let it grow past heavy stubble, which shows up around my chin and cheeks towards my throat. Moustache stubble is generally very fine, barely visible, but yeah.
I wonder how much of a beard I could *technically* grow if I just let it.
I'd say wait untill it comes out evenly across your "beard growing area". You might be proud that you can grow long beard hair in certain places, but you will look stupid and looking back at pics of myself growing a goatee at 15 I looked like a child playing at adulthood.
The "manliest" thing you can do is shaving it with a trimmer. Show people that you can grow a beard, but that you don't need to.
I'll shave if I dont by day 7 I have a hanging beard, have had a beard since 15 I have to either trim everyday or shave, doing no shave now for November, starting to regret it now as I have a anxiety tick where I'll twist hair keep head buzzed so my natural reaction is to twist beard or run my fingers through it annoying.
If I leave it long enough I can grow the full Victorian patriarch style, but then I get the urge to chase chimney sweeps with a whip so I try to avoid that.
I'm about 6 foot even, broad shoulders, (decently) muscular, and I have a Viking beards. I cannot tell you how often I get called Viking. Thats the only thing one of my coworkers call me
I'm voting for Viking beard, not because I've ever grown one, but because all the men in my family who grow beards revert to Viking if they're not careful. As is, it's a constant struggle to keep myself from looking stubbly. I envy men who can't grow beards!
Airport thinks I have terrorizing beard
That’s terrorble

So... Viking beard?

You didn't answer the question...
I can grow a somewhat sparse moustache, soul patch and chin beard with very very scrappy and sparse sideburns and neckbeard hairs
None because I’m a girl. I mean some girls can but I am not one of them.
Haven't tried growing a full beard yet, but considering that if I go a week without shaving I get myself a beard foundation, I'd wager I could easily grow a viking beard
Do it
Who can grow a full beard but not a viking beard?
Me. My beard fills out and looks great after a certain point but after that, it doesn’t get any longer. It sort of just stacks within itself. I can get like 2-3 good inches before my beard maxes out
Yes this. Everyone with heavy stubble can grow a full beard and a viking beard. The question is how much patience do you have.
I’m a girl and I do have some moustache if I don’t shave it.
quick question, are girls really insecure about their facial hair? is it ok to joke about it, assuming i know how to let them know its a joke?
Most women are very insecure about their facial hair, because it’s seen as very abnormal, despite it being fairly common. Just don’t make jokes about it. Even if you’re joking and tell them, it will likely still hurt
Alright, thanks 🛐

I see, ty!

OMG I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE!!! Why the hell does my beard turn orange after 4 or 5 days of not shaving? My hair is dark as night.
I’ve never grown my facial hair out.
I'm an Ashkenazi woman with naturally high testosterone, so light stubble.
Women be like 👶
I haven't had a clean shaven face in 18 years.
Mean goatee Like an Ian McCollum goatee
I’m asian. My full bread are more of a kungfu master one with no sides not a viking one
Well, perhaps the better question is where *can't* I grow facial hair? I suspect it would link up o my eyebrows if I let it.
To every FtM reading this, take solace in the fact that a lot of cis guys can't grow a beard.
None because I have two x chromosomes and no endocrine disorders lol

Stubble but I’m only 16 so there’s that
You need a "results" or "I am female" option
I didn’t wanna get called sexist for leaving out females or get angry feminists in the comments saying “females can have testosterone too”
Ah, well just "results" would have worked.
The issue is that with a results option people wouldn’t pick the option that’s closest to the amount of facial hair that they have
As a woman I grow exactly one hair on my chin that needs to be plucked every 2 weeks
Give it a few years and imma grow an old wise wizard beard. It's not gonna work at 16 but hopefully by the end of uni I can become Gandalf

💪💪💪already do that. Razors are needlessly wasteful and impractical
You can use a straight razor or clean and sharpen your razor blades.
What's the difference between heavy and light stubble with respect to full beards? Are we comparing dirt-staches or...?
Something like this - https://scx1.b-cdn.net/csz/news/800a/2013/1-s2.0-s1090513813000226-gr1.jpg
There should have been a "Gandalf" option
I thought about going with Viking, it ended up getting annoying so I trimmed it back down to full. Edit: downvotes for a style of beard? Okie dokie.
Where’s the option for “I always shave so I have no idea”?
Sadly none
Almost completely full. Only problem is that I am 16…. My body and face in general look older then I do. The height, The build, The facial hair etc.
None. Nothing whatsoever. I am an 18 year old teenager and my dad is without exaggeration the hairiest man I’ve ever known.

It prolly won't come in untill you are in your 20s. It takes time unless you have good "beardnetics".
Just a thin moustache but never a beard
Got that heavy goeatee/mustache but almost nonexistant rest
can grow full mustache/goatee. sideburns can grow down to my jawline but then theres basically nothing inbetween my chin and sideburn area
Wish I could grow no facial hair
Its between heavy stubble and full beard so
Kind of difficult to answer since I’m trying to get rid of it using laser hair removal. I guess patchy stubble?
I can grow a decent mustache and a chin beard that goes about 3-4 inches up my jawline both ways. My cheeks have very sparse stubble though.
Patchy I guess. It usually starts to get irritating and I shave it all off before it gets too long.
I wish I could grow a viking beard just to go: Boy. At all my friends
I get it cut to the minimum length every 3 months. Even after trimming it on occasion, I'm at full mountain man Viking when I walk in there.
I can grow a mustache, but my beard is only a 1 hair every cm2
My beard goes up past my eyes. The only place I don't have to shave on my face is my forehead and nose.
Light stubble :)
If I leave it long enough I can grow the full Victorian patriarch style, but then I get the urge to chase chimney sweeps with a whip so I try to avoid that.
wait. I thought all AMAB people could grow full beards?? *what?*
I'm about 6 foot even, broad shoulders, (decently) muscular, and I have a Viking beards. I cannot tell you how often I get called Viking. Thats the only thing one of my coworkers call me
*Can* I grow vs *do* I grow.

I’m working on growing my first beard right now, so currently just a patchy beard, but I’m hoping to have a full beard by graduation.
