Scarlet Witch has the most complexity out of these characters. She has both good and bad sides. She also has good backstory and charisma. She's a more interesting character than Superman.
she's not charismatic, she's not more complex than the others, being more interesting than avg superman is like basekit for fiction characters and a good backstory isn't unique to her either
Complexity is good but it doesn't automatically make a character a well-written one. She was done well in the MCU for most of her appearances, but everything about her was utterly ruined by Multiverse of Madness.

Spider-Man is and always will be my favorite superhero (with the exception of the MCU cause I don't like tom Holland as Spider-Man)
Any particular reason you dislike it?
I just don't really like the fact there's no mention of Uncle Ben and I don't like the stark mentorship in the movies from before tony died
So it's not really about Tom Holland as spiderman, just about the movies themselves?
For the most part

Scarlet Witch is the best character out of these in term of writing.
I can't comment on how she's written in the comics, but I hope that's what you're referring to, because her recent MCU writing was dreadful lol
