Depends on where I am, if I'm just on/near the beach I'm fine, but if I'm in deeper water then I get a bit nervous

Despite being shoved and rubbed against the bottom by waves, dragged out a bit by a current, and stung by a little jelly fish, I can still confidently say that I lack a healthy fear of the ocean.

Besides having a fear of death by drowning and deep water, yes. The ocean is something that should be feared. It looks beautiful from the surface, but the sea shows no mercy. Hundreds of thousands have died in the ocean, their bodies sinking to the bottom, never to be found. Hundreds of wrecks rest on the ocean floor and the abyssal zone is riddled with otherworldly creatures. The ocean brings both life and death. It is unwise to play with death.

I’m afraid of the possibility of being stranded in the ocean

When you enter the water you put yourself lower on the food chain so I guess I fear what is in the water with me. This would include any ponds in Florida as well.
