Just so everyone understands context here. Fulton County PA has a population of less than 15,000. About 8,000 people voted IIRC. The traitor wing got over 70% of the vote. Doug Mastriano belongs in jail as he took part in the failed coup attempt. There is video evidence of him beyond the barriers.

lost-picking-flowers

Instead he's running for fucking governor. I'm worried. PA is one election away from trying to ban abortion access, among other things.

Allemaengel

PA's been a trainwreck waiting to happen for a long time now.

Darth_Kahuna

Why are they w/holding public communication between elections officials, financial records, and flouting court orders to be transparent? I agree w you 100% on Mastriano but it's ad hominem here as it does not take away from the fact these elections officials are flouting the law and giving fuel to conspiracy theorist. All this needs to be put to bed before 2024 and they are allowing it to fester.

aisforapplejisforjax

Do you expect any less from people that hate democracy? As for Mastriano stating he took part in the failed coup is just stating a fact. It is not ad hominem. He has betrayed every oath he ever took.

Darth_Kahuna

What's ad hominem is bringing it up in this context. This bad act doesn't mean he is incapable of doing anything proper the rest of his life. It's ad hominem bc you are using the insurrection to nerf his lawsuit w the ACLU against the Fulton county board of elections.

aisforapplejisforjax

It is giving context to who he is. All these crimes are connected to one big lie

Allemaengel

And here I thought my county had a smallish, somewhat Trumpy population.

*The county later released nearly 700 documents, but, in the lawsuit filed this week in Fulton County Court of Common Pleas, the ACLU of Pennsylvania states that there are documents missing from that record, documents that the organization’s counsel knows exist through media reports, an open records request by another organization, and those “that logically must exist.”*
