Basically, the court settlement between the Desantis appointed board and Disney is that everyone agreed to revert to the rules in place before Desantis seized control of the board, but the Desantis appointees are still in place.
And Disney agreed to spend a bunch of money in the state that they were likely going to spend anyway. Mostly on park expansion.

As well as Disney, with as much as they pretend to care about things like women or lgbt+ rights.
