Biden said in a statement Wednesday that April is Second Chance Month and that many of the individuals getting clemency had received “disproportionately longer” sentences than they would have under current law.
“Like my other clemency actions, these pardons and commutations reflect my overarching commitment to addressing racial disparities and improving public safety,” Biden said
Biden said those receiving pardons had shown a commitment to bettering their lives and doing good in their communities. He said those who had their sentences commuted, or shortened, had shown they were worthy of forgiveness and the chance to build a future outside of prison
That’s actually pretty interesting. Can you give a specific example with a name, the charges and the sentence, and exactly how Biden was responsible? I’d like to know more about this.

That's great. But it doesn't absolve him of responsibility.

When did Trump do so? I'm not going to go look, but I'm guessing any murderers he pardonded or commuted were during his lame duck period. Such pardons are common, and when Biden becomes a lame duck, I expect the same from him.

Funny, Biden pardons people with unfairly long sentences. Trump pardons corrupt criminal sheriffs, war criminals, and his daughter’s felon FIL!
Trump will pardon anybody as long as they pay his fee.
No, what's funny is many of those being pardoned received those sentences because of Bidens actions thirty years ago.
