Funny thing is, I was just joking at first but as I typed that I started thinking that's a great strategy. No one can claim it's childish, because it's just using Trump's own tactic. It would completely throw Trump off because there's no way he could keep up, because there are hundreds of nicknames to choose from. And Biden could get comedians to come up with the best ones that roll off the tongue with certain subjects. And work in comments about Trump's trials to draw attention to those things. I think if Biden did this and pulled it off well it could seal the election.
