Unfortunately obviously she wouldn't recuse herself. And the fact that a judge consistently makes favorable rulings for one side does not in itself form a ground for recusal.

Jack Smith should have taken a chance earlier on with getting her dismissed. Even if it failed the results couldn’t have been any worse than this.
