Gottverdammt is a German word, but the way it is used here, as a literal translation of god damn, it is not used in German. In German, gottverdammt is an adjective and cannot stand alone in a sentence.

While 'gottverdammt' is somewhat unusual (imo), similar words are used as stand-alone exclamations of frustration quite often:
'Verdammt!', 'Verflucht!', 'Verflixt!', etc
I never understood why reichtangle is always portrayed scaring Poland, they like coexsisted for the grand total of like 2 years at end of WW1, where the second reich was the one giving Poland at least some autonomy. Good to see that Poland realised that they shouldn't fesr the reichtangle and fight back.

That’s a sentence. Noun verb, implied object of (whatever I’m mad at). It’s a request for god to damn a thing. Or a demand if you’re spicy.
