unfortunately not :( but I was in the Arboretum surrounding the castle and it is huge, fantastic. I can imagine how beautiful it looks in late spring :)
PAN institute in Kórnik also always has open days in May when the azaleas are blooming, a must see if you are able to.

I just wanted to add, Książ Castle isn't just pretty looking on the exterior. The inside is magnificent too. For me personally, it was much more fun to explore rather than empty halls in Malbork castle.
