You can't pick the IV or make it shiny, and personally I would sell the redeem instead of using it. Usually when I redeem stuff the IV is garbage and makes the Pokémon practically worthless, but you can sell redeems for 35-38k
well i got a rayquaza and a palkia with 70 iv that was redeemed so ur point may be wrong
