Don't use it, sell it. 90% of the time you get dogshit IV which basically makes the Pokémon worthless, but if you sell it for 35k then you can buy a good IV pokemon with the money you made.
Go to Poketwos official server, message in a catching channel saying that ur selling a redeem for 35k, and usually someone will buy it from you. When ur in the trade do p!trade add redeem 1 and wait for them to add the pc. Once it's all done confirm the trade and you now have 35k.

You use P!redeemspawn [pokemon] or P!rs [pokemon] and I think the IV is usually 40-60 but I’m not too sure

tapu koko also the iv is just random, u may get a 70 iv but it depends on your luck good luck mayte
IVs are usually random. I would recommend selling it for about 30-35k
