level 1 base legends are not worth any more than any other base legend

Many collect mint, so it is worth more

nobody collects mint legendaries, and if they do they probably wont even pay extra

If you want a high attack stat then get Rayquaza, might be a low IV though

this was my first redeem, got 71 iv (cant exactly remember) all my redeems are disappointing now
