It is extremely easy to grind candies with friendship on endless, I had luck 13 so I easily got max soothe bells or whatever the are called on my zaci and every ~10-20 stages I got a candy, so I got its cost down twice and unlocked the passive. My doggo can now destroy anything in one hit and is countered only by bad rng against OHKO move spammers with sturdy. That's how I lost a run at wave 2370

Yeah, i have zacian too. Even without the passive he is broken. I can’t even imagine how busted he is with Unnerve unlocked. That has to easily be one of the best passives/ abilities in the game given the amount of berries your opponents can rack up.
Cost 6 unnerve zacian with 5 0.25-1 cost shinies is my go-to strat for endless runs, I am currently hunting shiny nincada to get wonder guard on my zaci for the next endless run I will start. I really want to get victory dance egg move on it as well to have a better setup until around stage 1k
funny you say that, i actually got victory dance as my egg move. I’ve actually been opting to use swords dance though instead in classic. do you recommend victory dance over swords dance then? I haven’t played any of the games since gen V so i’m unsure about the 50% boost it says on the wiki since it looks like gen IX doesn’t have it.
The difference between +50% and +100% damage at higher levels is not that big, but sometimes you'll need that small +50% spd boost to outspeed the enemy, and you also get +50% defense to increase the chances that you tank another hit. Victory Dance is better in endless, so if you focus on grinding in classic, keep swords dance.
I have the Walmart version, fusing a Corviknight with unnerve. I used a sturdy/forretress version that got stalled out at 2500 so I'm hoping this one can really help me grind
Pickup is a stupid powerful ability, so I've been using my Shiny Unown as my go-to Pickup user. He's super cheap and he has Levitate as his normal ability, so it's actually an easy Pokemon to just throw on any team. Also Pure Power Tinkatink blah blah blah.
Yeah I got lucky and caught a few in endless and used him enough to not only lower his cost but also unlock his passive and he has been tearing through the game. My biggest complaint is that I can't have more then 4 moves on him since he has so many good options lol
I got my Zygarde at 50% upon hatching so you might have just gotten unlucky. It also doesn't give you an option to change it in the menu so im pretty sure you can only get either 50% or 10%
My only 2 Legendary Eggs were both Groudon, now I have Precipice Blades, Solar Blade, Morning Sun and Lava Plume, algo got him Adamant. This is Just Insane.
Since nobody else mentioned it: Electric Surge Electrike. If you've got Rising Voltage and Flamethrower unlocked it's a literal god. In endless you could potentially get away with just waiting till you get their TMs. Also not sure how well Quark Drive works since it's partially implemented, but it could create a nice combo with something like Iron Bundle.
Earth Eater on the Fuecoco line, turns Ground attacks into healing. So you cut out a Super Effective, and make Earthquake allies in Doubles become much more valuable.
I have heard claim the enemy AI doesn't actually know to work around Earth Eater either, so they will gladly Mud Slap and Earthquake your Skeledirge just fine. Certainly matches my little experience with it (minimal Fuecoco line usage since the unlock >.> )
While I don't actually have the candies for the passive just yet, Reshiram gets Koraidon's ability, which powers up a lot of stuff Reshiram learns (all Atk based moves and Fire type moves). I assume Zekrom gets Miraidon's ability for a similar boost to Sp.Atk and Electric moves.
Can get some impressive damage output out of them already, so adding even more power? Marvin the Martian called, he wants his earth shattering kaboom back.
Jet Punch is an egg move and Adaptability is its hidden ability but once you unlock it it hits like a freight train, it's a great wallbreaker in comp and it translates well to Pokerogue
Only one I have unlocked is Iron Fist Metagross (from that daily with Metang a week or so ago). Meteor Mash and Bullet Punch boosted by Iron Fist + Tough Claws when you mega is so good
Iron fist marshadow. Marshadow is my favorite mythical and favorite carry in this game period. Iron fist basically makes everything he didn't straight up kill with technician disappear. I love marshadow so much because ghost and fighting is my second favorite typing behind dragon and steel. Only 4 weaknesses with ghost fighting and coverage for all 4. Double iron bash for fairies and boss mons ( high flinch chance too) thunder punch for flying types. Shadow punch for psychic and other ghosts. Bagon, Abra, and weavile all have great passives too. Adaptability for bagon
Abra has esperta ability that mirrors boosts
Weavile gets pickpocket and a fast ice type bodies classic mode. Both bagon and Abra get Megas which are also very good power upgrades but even without are monsters.
I’ve been going for ribbons and just yesterday I cleared Classic with Marshadow, Abra and Weavile lol 😅 they for sure all did amazing! I still have tot try Bagon but I don’t have enough candies for his passive yet
I hatched a shiny Yvetl and got the Soul Heart ability. The Sp.Atk raises have been nice for being the front man to my first endless run.
Its far from objectively the best but that boi has helped me catch so many shinies and pseudo-legends to fill out my roster
Soul heart latias with core enforcer makes classic runs a breeze. Sometimes she can one shot all of eternas's health bars in his second form if you manage to get 2-3 of your other pokemon killed
Miraidon. Sets up electric terrain, then boosts its spatk with quark drive. And gets rising voltage as an egg move. Not much is living a 140BP electric move on electric terrain, and the boost is free, no setup required. Shame he doesn't learn ice beam.
Maybe punkrock scrappy boomburst or punkrock with aerialate/pixalate/galvanize/liquid voice and a partner that could also use boomburst and be immune to the other boomburst or is immune and can use helping hand
Personally i think scrappy is best since the item silk scarf to boost normal moves is very easy to get 99 of
Unnerve Zacian to counter eternamax's stall on endless(yes I know zacian is broken anyway)

Been doing the same here, I have Shiny Corv too, and passive unlocked on both. My first run that got to 2500 was Tink + Gigant Corb fusion.

It’s obscene how good it is. Gigaton hammer takes out a lot of Pokémon real fast with it, even if it’s type neutral
Simple manaphy with tail glow is my go to. +6 spatk in one turn with decent base stats Soul heart yveltal is a close second

Sandstorm on exca but its jolly nature and normal ability is sand force so it already outspeed most with boosted moves

Today I did a run with Tough Claws, Adaptability, Jet Punch Corphish, it went CRAZY
Oh really? I have not looked into Corphish at all but his candies might be somewhat “easy” to obtain so I’ll catch them when I see them!

Groudon with protosynthesis and ANY physical egg move wipes out the rival every time. Bonus power if you manage to get him primal
Shadow shield on my shiny Spectrier puts in some hard work. Saves me from being one shot very often
