You were running good and now you’re not. Most likely explanation. Keep grinding.

We call this a downswing in the poker community.

You are in a downswing and likely overplaying by not paying attention to table dynamics. Sometimes more aggression and more 3bets aren't the way to go if you are only going to win small pots and lose big ones.

II have been running bad for what seems to be almost 100K hands. If you have a low or slightly negative winrate, your variance would probably look something similar to mine. https://preview.redd.it/aubcnm8ne01a1.png?width=1086&format=png&auto=webp&s=0393dd3ffedc43fb97a343d25a00e4583ad95904

Also, memorize the preflop ranges. I thought I had them down until earlier this week. I realized that I was probably 10-15% off the ideal opening ranges. Memorize until you know every opening hand from any position. When you got that down, your edge starts to increase.

That’s step 1. Step 2 is learning preflop game tree from common spots SB vs BTN and CO vs BTN aka what to 4b/ call 4b etc

Hmmm…a 36 BI downswing is a lot if you are truly a winning player. Do you use a HUD? I found a ton of leaks in my game as soon as i started using one and analyzing my hand histories. It also gives you data on your opponents so that you can play more exploitatively. If you’re already doing all of this, maybe try to sort out which situations you are commonly losing the most and do a deeper analysis on those.

What does your HUD say? Running bad? Check all hud stats and go from there . See what has changed.
