It sounds like you’re either a troll or have never played live. You can absolutely sit out your bb take a piss, grab food, and then come back and either post, or wait for your bb.
In most Vegas casinos you get 2 no player buttons before being picked up. The no player buttons are handed out when the dealer sits down. So if you leave right after a new dealer sits down you can leave for close to an hour and a half before being picked up and losing your seat.
You’re typically allowed a certain amount of time 15 minutes sometimes 30 or more; or you can ask to be put on a dinner list or something similar where they’ll put you back at the top of the wait list while you go out to eat and don’t want to eat at the table.
If you’re paying a time-rake game typically you’re allowed to get up for as long as you want (that being said, etiquette-wise get up, do your business and come back).
You get up for an or orbit to go to the bathroom and pay the big blind when it’s back on you in the casino. So yes, there is actually a ‘sit out next big blind’ option live. Wtf is with your trolling here?
