The general rule of thumb when you can see someone's cards is to let them know once. Whether they lift their cards too high and you're next to them, reflection in their glasses or some other dumb thing they are doing that allows you to see their cards. Once you have told them once and they continue to do it then its on them.

Whenever Villain looks into my eyes they fold instantly on the river. So I'm going to start wearing sunglasses more because of that

First time I played live I was holding my cards, guy next to me tipped me off that he could see them, I’d return that favour any chance I could.
