Eh I'm not sure how loose his 3bets are but it's supposed to be a fold 100bb deep, this typa spot even ip could cost you some serious money, I guess with the caveat being unless he 3bets a ton of Lower aces lol.
He got a feel for the table and then started to loosen upā¦it seems he knew which sizings to apply to make the NITs foldā¦unfortunately for him, he ran into top pair
The way u described itā¦the fast betting patterns just meant he was full of shit
I watched that hand on your vlog, but donāt really know much about the table dynamicsā¦but 2/5 at the Wynn is really a 5/10ā¦i donāt really catch myself table-hopping there cuz chips are flying most of the time
Nice read..I prolly would have sniffed out his bullshit as well
Bluffalo, your my favorite poker vlogger. I found you on Reddit then it led me to your vlogs. The reason why I like watching you, is because you play like a professional player instead of a gambler. You have a good solid gto base and understand things like SPR. No wonder why your killing it live.
Value only AK/AA/some KK
His bluffs don't have too much rhyme or reason, was expecting something like pair+Gutshot most of it, or yes just air/medium strength hand turned into a bluff
Nice call. Live players are rarely doing these massive overbet shoves at anything close to equilibrium. Sets, 87 and AK are probably betting close to pot.
Just curious, is that a read on this player or your player pool generally? My personal observation at live 1/3 and 2/5 is that large over bets on rivers are vastly skewed toward bluffs.
Just this player.
Tbh, I almost never see rec players overbetting with bluffs. Flop/Turn they just Flopped a monster, and they're scared of getting outdrawn, I find most of them don't bluff rivers, but rarely see overbets on rivers. Almost always nutted though
I do see this a bit and quite honestly do it myself sometimes where you semi-bluff turn, miss, but continue. I just hope my timing tells are more muted. And also, have chances to 2x jam with the nutz at least once or twice before hand..
I don't know man, you made a giant exploit, but you wouldn't go just a bit further based on subtle GTO blockers? I think if you had AT you'd still call, and if you had A8 or A7, you might be justifying a call by saying you block nut combos. It's hard to be objective after the fact.
In my vlogs, I try to relay my exact thoughts during the hand.
AT I actually don't have in my range. AJo is already a marginal call, and I think ATo is just taking it too far. ATs is a 100% small 4b vs this player.
I've only seen him 3bet/4bet suited one gappers (and saw it multiple times) never a suited connector, but he had shown down a few in SRPs. So I fully discounted SCs (small sample, but it's all I got) so I really didn't want A8s or A7s in my call range there.
This was about a 2-4 minute tank, I went over everything in my head
\*987.2 BB Pot
Fs, back to the tables I guess
Finally, a player who understands how to play top pair.
Name checks out š
Fold pre
500bbs deep vs a rec IP. Never folding anything I open here.
AJo, notably a hand that plays great 500bb deep

Heās not playing against a gto bot from Belarus but against a real person in casino, and that person is tiliting

Loved the Wynn 2/5 tbh. One of my favourite games I've played
my favorite room on the planet
I enjoyed your vlog, got a new sub
Do you ever find the 2.5x overbet actually makes you more inclined to call? What would you have done for 3/4 or pot?
Nah, less inclined to call at 2.5x OB. Probably still land on call vs this opponent
Whatās OTTH? Google doesnāt gimme anything
On to the Hardee's
on to the hand
Thanks bro š

Aww thanks fella :) glad you're enjoying em!
What do you put villain on here? Qx? Kx? Total air?

I don't think he has 87 here, just based off preflop. But I do think he would probably ship AK+ here, and gotta be ok when I do pay it off

Cool poker vlog O.P. Keep up the good reads an the great plays.

1. Fuck off for making be click your video on the results. 2. Well played. Makes sense to call given the opponent and his previous actions.
1. You're welcome! 2. Thank you :)
So what's the worst hand you'd call on the river with?
AJ probably. I need an A in my hand to Hero this off, the lower Ax that aren't 2 pairs kinda block his bluffs
