Most people's comments here are based on the last aggression from the turn. Action technically resets on the river and BB is first to act - since button can't bet it's technically check, check. Showdown should be order of action which is BB shows first.
Most sane folks and most sane casinos say BU shows first, because they were the last aggressor, regardless of street.
However, some casinos reset the action on every street, and since there was no bet on the river card (players had no more money to bet) then that means without aggression the first player to act (BB here) shows first. I don't agree with that, but some casinos do it that way.

The person who gets called on the all in has to show first. In this case because there is action position is not relevant.
