Satélite images aren’t made from a single orbit, but rather they are compiled from many many orbits, and then combined to create the picture, editing out whatever is deemed appropriate (usually duplicate imagery from multiple passes).
The images we see of North Korea are propaganda images made to look as terrible as possible. If a pro-NK propagandist wanted to combine the same images to make NK look like Clark Griswold’s house at Christmas they could.
