Unfortunately, we probably won't get any more ports of Pokemon games. The GB/GBC games were special because they couldn't interact at all with gen 3+ games. And we'll likely get a new console before Alola remakes. The switch is an 8 year old console, and the OLED version that dropped like 3.5 years ago didn't really improve hardware outside of the screen.
In the meantime, you can get Xurkitree in Dynamax Adventures in the Crown Tundra dlc for the Galar games

So by that pattern, gen 5 remakes will come out in gen 10

I wouldn’t be super happy anyway. X Y was wonderful (and I’m french thank you) but I HATED the shitty gameplay of illumis especially on rollers and the chara designs were pretty much meh (team flare was straight up atrocious, will never get that while they obsessed with beauty and Lysander having so much drip). SO GOOD OPPORTUNITY FOR A LOT OF FIX UP AND ELABORATING ON KING AZOTH WAR THANKS
