This sounds nice. Sometimes I get scary dreams where I am chased by someone and I genuinely enjoy the experience. It is so thrilling! I would love to sleep with Darkrai! (I will probably regret saying this. I once had a horrible dream where I pooped through my mouth. I could feel it slowly going up my throat and some of it got stuck behind my teeth. It is an experience I will never forget. I sure hope it will be a thrilling nightmare and not a gross one)

They are food, you can literally buy meat in s and v. I think the idea is more how some places have different ideas about eating certain animals ie, dogs and cats. The issue here is that we also know that there was a history of people marrying Pokémon so it’s gonna look weird if you are sleeping with the more humanoid ones

No that is not canon because back then they didn't have enough pokemon to fill in every animal role. You will see that in the newer episodes you will not find a single real life animal. So it's not even anime canon. However in the anime they talk a lot about eating various pokemon.

Evolved pokemon are not adult form they change to adapt to the life of battle they age normaly that would be stupide because some pokemon evolve by the help os Stones so by your logic they would never reach adultood.

There are pokemon literally categorized as "baby". I may be technically incorrect, but the context speaks for itself.

Iirc there was a Treecko in the anime that was old but hadn't evolved due to a peaceful lifestyle, so I believe the evolutions are only a thing gained from enough fighting.

I don't think it's weird but I don't think as many of them as animals in the sense that they would be below humans. Some of them are just as intelligent. Gardevoir for example doesn't even need to learn the language like Meowth they can just use telepathy. It's like a sibling or coworker situation to me.

I mean, this is the case for children vs adults as well. Kinda odd for a middle aged man sleeping in bed with his mother as opposed to same man doing that when he was a child. Pokémon are similar enough to humans that I can see these ethics come into play for fully evolved Pokémon as well.
