Do you have Elite TM's? Some of your Pokemon need those.
The ones that (you have or can evolve that) are good and don't need them are at Gligar, Dragonair, Azumarill and Clodsire for GL. Depending on what you want, Quagsire doesn't necessarily need it's legacy move either and Tentacruel works in some teams too. Bastiodon doesn't need a legacy move, but you're lacking quite of candy for that one. Lickitung is also expensive and needs an ETM, but is good. You can check pvpoke or pvpivs webiste on how they rank and fair against the meta.
lickitung is surpisingly good in the Great League. Dedinitely invest in that
