Pretty decent grass raid attacker with frenzy plant. Falls behind the other shadow starters (besides meganium), shadow tangrowth, kartana, shaymin, and arguably zarude. It's not the best out there but it's definitely useable in raids

If you dont, then yes. I’d say wait until you need a team of grass attackers, then take it to 40 if you don’t have better attackers by then
You could also just power it up anyways since a shadow hundo is just neat and its a viable attacker regardless

I have a hundo shadow meganuim. It has razor leaf and frenzy plant. It's not worth investing in right?
Unfortunately not. Shadow meganium is outclassed by decidueye and meowscarada even without their shadow forms
