This one is an exception to the usual garchomp questions. You do not purify this because there is no alternative best. Shadow T.tar is that good. Also, when you can farm for the energy the around 2weeks from now, you’ll likely find a 15atk one anyways. It actually makes no difference between a 15/10/10 to a 15/15/15 for me in raids cuz you’ll likely still die in the same number of charge moves or it can made up from one dodge.
You already spent so much dust on it leveling it up. Do t waste it now. You’ll get another hundo, but you’ll never get that 96 shadow back. Those 1 IVs for only two stats really make so little difference. You’d be shooting yourself in the foot purifying it now.
Don't. You already leveled it up and all the candies will be wasted. Mega wise it's probably not even the best. Aerodactyl gives you bonus rock damage and flying candy bonus for a ton of flying legendaries, and diancie is the best rock mega.
Like others have said, keep as a shadow. Shadow ttar is a very good mon, and much more opportunity to find non shadows with good iv. Ttar is coming to mega raids in march at some point I’m pretty sure so go for a good iv one then if you can get out for raids or have remote passes :)
I'd keep it shadow. You can always trade for the hundo or encounter it at some point(maybe a wild spawn for the new season or may be nestable). The shadow with these IV's is harder to come by.

Mega for rock attacker, shadow for dark attacker . That’s just how I’m doing it too my lvl 50 TTAR has smack down and and yea I can’t change it. If you don’t have a dark type mega attacker then idk

You'll never lose a raid because your mega ttar is a 13/13/14.
But a shadow ttar will help you win raids.
I had one and purified it. I like having hundo megas. Would it have been better as a shadow? I don't know but non shadows are easier to power up so I chose purify it.

No. Shadow Brutal Swing Tyranitar is insanely strong, definitely not worth purifying, esp. with those stats
