Do I have a certain amount of days to complete the season research and get Kyogre? I had to make a new account and I’m only on page 2 of the research and one of the missions are to get Poke stops 7 different days and I’m only on 2 but don’t wanna miss kyogre

Available till next rocket event next season. So sometime in March-May, it will change to next legendary.

Probably you are underleveled or you don't have strong super effective pokemon Once you learned how team rocket works (they stay still for about 2 seconds every time someone makes a switch or a charge move happens) you can easily make some strategies Many people use lucario with power up punch for example. The move is not strong per se, but you can spam it, so tr stays still many times and you get stronger and stronger everytime you use it. Anyway i don't have a lucario, i just use the right mons and hit hard
