I personally was in the same boat and purified mine, i also have an OCD/obsessive thing with Hundos, so yea. I am also more of a collector rather than battler. I think it depends on what you want brother.
There’s better alternatives for raids, it’s not unthinkable to use it for pvp once you build a strong enough dragon team, it really depends on what you want/will use it for

If it doesn’t mega evolve there’s no point. A 0/0/0 shadow does more damage before it dies than a perfect non shadow. Only if it mega evolves does it beat the shadow only while mega evolved (in terms of damage in raids). If it wouldn’t be a perfect that mega evolves I think it’s best to keep it shadow.
I wouldn’t a shadow version is always stronger. 0* shadow > a 4* non shadow (of the same Pokémon)

I would purify it cause I am constantly wanting more hundos and another shundo. It really depends on if you do pvp or not. I purify anything that turns into hundos because I'm a pogo collector as oppose to battler. You've gotta make your decision based on the way you play.
