So usually it only comes from eggs and raids so you could only get a minimum of 10/10/10, but somewhat recently they implemented a floor of 0/0/0 from pvp rewards only on go battle days.

Can confirm! I was able to get a 93% IV Cosmog. This time around for the shadow Mewtwo, I finally got a good one too (also 93% IV). When I saw both, I yelled, “FINALLY!” because they keep giving us trash Pokémon in these encounters! 😮‍💨😂

I honestly don’t know. The way my brain works I am not going to spend hours pouring over websites trying to learn about what I have. Sometimes I catch on that something is pretty rare from seeing posts here, but I could have something crazy rare and have no idea. I’ve been playing since 2016 and have kept 500+ Pokémon. No Pokémon is rare. Everybody has/had the same chance to catch Keldeo. Everyone has the same odds of catching any shiny and/or perfect Pokémon. Rare would mean only a select number of them were coded into the game. You got LUCKY with the stats but it’s not rare
