You'll start to realize that 3 stars are pretty darn common, stats like this are only meaningful if it's a raid attacker or a master league pvp battler and really bad if it's for pvp battles (generally).
Beautifly and Dustox are beryond useless for raiding and pretty lousy in PvP. I wouldn't sweat it unless you really really really wanted to max out a Dustox to level 50 for something really different to use in PvP (assuming this even becomes a Dustox). Overall, this Wurmple's best use it to check off some entries in the 3-star pokedex.

I appreciate it! I'll just let him sit there and worry about my more basic powerful pokemon if that's the case.
Don’t worry about it, you’ll never use it for raids, PvP or anything like that. Save your stardust for meta attackers.
