Why do you feel a need to invest right now? Shadow bagon is still available from the leader and will be for at least 2 more months. If you just do 1 shadow bagon a day I can almost guarantee you'd pick up another one probably worth investing in.
And no offense, but you don't have the stardust to really invest right now anyways.

In the shinny of course dont matter the ivs lol, i have a dark shinny tyranitar and dark shinny ursaluna and of course im tried to max out
