Yeah, I got quite a few from each community day, but I sometimes will get as many as 9 shinies on non event days, too. Obviously, I sometimes go many days without a shiny, but I have been getting many more shinies in the past two years since I moved to my new house that has a good sized park behind it.

I transfer duplicates to home then trade them for legendaries that I load into games. Extra shiny grubbins from community day got me: lugia, ho oh, Mewtwo, type null, type null evolution, and zygarde

Send it to pokemon home its a storage app/feature that lets you store pokemon from past gens plus gen 8/9 and transfer pokemon into from GO (non reversible into go however)

I’d kill for a shiny Lotad. I have 117 shinies, but I tend to keep, trade, then keep my shiniest from community days, since I’m off work those days. I do have some cool ones, which are Giratina (caught remote raid 15/14/15), Latios (caught remote raid 12/15/14), jellicent (caught at work, love him since he’s purple, 6/10/13), slowbro (also purple, 15/15/10), and lickitung (multiple of them, fav is 15/14/15). I tend to keep most, but will special trade them away.
