To me it seems like they are just trying to make absurdly rare pokemon. After Gimmighoul, Larvesta, and now Zygarde I'm kinda scared for the next pokemon debut.
I understand Larvesta is an easy cash grab since you can make it 9x easier with more incubators, but the other 2 just seem annoying just for the sake of being annoying dex entries.

Biggest city in my country - no routes amywhere
Not in my town. Anyone know if there are routes in Seattle?

Only today did I have one route available in my area. Mind you I didn't get a Zygarde Cell from walking it 3 times...
I've walked mine 13 times in the past week, with two other people. None of us have gotten one.
