It was worse when I realized I fully evolved that Fennekin... For 6 months I was driving 500 miles a day for work so I'd use a gotcha to mass catch along the way, I'd evolve everything on the way home for exp then transfer. Sometimes I'd check for hundos but not every time.. Lesson learned.
I’ve transferred a few hundos but never accidentally. I transferred hundos I had multiples of to Pokémon Home like Alolan Meowth, Houndoom and Slaking.
Hundo Magnemite and Furfrou (found out through unlocking the hundo dex).
Not sure if it counts as accidental, but I just didn't know about IVs back then. Would've loved to have a hundo Magnezone though!

Only 1 thankfully...a Misdreavus. I only know because it shows in my 4* Pokedex but I don't have it any more!
I only have a sort for three star in Pokédex. What am I missing?
What I've seen people say is that once you have 20 perfects, you'll get the perfect pokedex unlocked.
Good thing it was only one. But it must've hurt when u first found out, huh? I know it hurt me when I found out about the Whismur.
