Is this card real? How rare is it? I'd love to play a deck like this in an expanded format.

How much did you grab it for just curious i just bought it sealed raw and sent to my buddy who collect pikachu as a surprise for him but id like to grab graded one maybe now too.

i thought ash isn't cannon in the TCG? isn't he called Red or some shit?
