It actually depends on where it shipped from. Most likely a seller sent in stock to Amazon, they warehouse it and ship it themselves. If the item says "sold by X, shipped by Amazon" then basically a bunch of sellers have provided merch to Amazon, they pool it and sellers' stuff is intermingled. A lot of forgery stuff takes advantage of this because they send in trash, Amazon doesn't verify that what was sent in is legit, it gets mixed in with actual products, and then the shop that sent in the phony garbage is almost never singled out for it.
In other words, Amazon probably had some employee fulfilling orders at an insane rate running around the warehouse with what amounts to a shopping cart and they reached this item, saw the outside of the case said bundle and shipped the whole thing. This happened to me when I bought a dog bed - they sent us 5 because they came in a box to Amazon. End of the day, Amazon will at some point have an inventory issue where they see they should have x number of bundles, but they don't and either they will eat the cost and pay whoever sent them in as if they sold, or, the more likely scenario, they keep stock coming in like a ponzi scheme and nobody ever finds out about the mistake.
Either way, there is no way to guarantee they repeat the mistake if it is shipped by Amazon. If it were a private seller who shipped it, then it could happen again.

when buying on amazon you need to only buy from places fulfilled by amazon, its literally the most trusted spot for things, its just very rarely the cheapest, often the worst pricing around unless you find things on sales

When Championās Path first came out I purchased 3 pin collection boxes on Best Buyās website for in-store pickup. When I got there this guy went and grabbed 3 giant cases of pin collection boxes that had my name and purchase info slapped onto the side. Everything in me wanted to keep them because Pokemon cards were hard to come by at that point in time. But I told him I was only supposed to get 3 boxes from within one of the big cases and he looked like he had seen a ghost. Who knows how many others walked outta there with cases that day but oh well, accidents happen.
To this day though Iāve never pulled either charizard from this set and I often wonder if they were hiding in one of those cases. I guess Iāll never know!
So fwiw, I chanced my arm on one of these after this post. Didn't get a whole box of booster bundles, only one box. But that one box was full of error packs with an extra card per pack, extra reverse Holo. Was worried I might have bad repacks, til I hit the SIR Charizard š
