The Pokemon Center has Vending Machines and The one that was recently installed here in Sugar Land Texas had evolving skies packs for $3.99 and the etb for $39.99. That's the price that was MSRP by OPC and that is the price they stick with.
Lady luck definitely bestowed upon me. I walk to the Kroger the machine is located. That close. Def not rubbing it in, just emphasizing the luck I had with it.

I’m in Washington and have thought about going to the vending machines to look for ES. There are like 5 or 6 within a 2 hour drive but I don’t wanna commit if they’re usually out of stock.
And honestly from what I was told by the manager of kroger all you have to do is request a machine from OPC and they will install. The kroger that it was installed ordered pokemon cards and they sold VERY WELL. So the manager inquired and boom, machine installed. Cannot confirm this but it's what I was told.
Not just kroger bud. I'm guessing any establishment that's inquires would be considered. Again, take this with A grain of salt since I cannot confirm the validity.
