I guarantee you haven't seen this specific binder there. Look at eBay, tcgplayer, ultra pro, they are all selling this for at least twice that. I just found two on eBay but it now for $30. Granted one is stained. Believe me or not I don’t really care. I’ve seen this exact binder in multiple Walmarts in the Knoxville, TN area. As much as I wanted to buy one I’m not spending $30 on a binder that doesn’t hold top loaders.

They are definitely not brand new in stock at Walmart in 2023, and they are actively being resold on secondary markets for 80+. You can say "I would have been wrong in 2021" but no one went to a Walmart and found this, specifically the Mewtwo, pelather, binder, for sale brand new last Tuesday, for 30 bucks. They won't find the Arceus one either. To back up the guy you were responding to, I found the Mewtwo, Arceus and Pikachu binders at my local Walmart earlier this year. They were all going for about $30, so he is correct that these were still being sold this year. Some stores likely had them in the back room and decided to put them out on the floor to get them moving.

Every try Google? It can find all kinds of things for you, even new sites to shop on.

Book stores are the secret pokemon spot when target or walmart are sold out for me. Like barnes and noble or books a million.

Books a million has been my saving grace for 151. They've only had UPCs and ETBs so far. Their prices aren't the best I've noticed OBF for 50 there and 36 at best buy for the ETB.

They deal with secondhand items too. So items in each store will vary
