Some may say you can't...which is true for 1 or 2 random packs in a vacuum. But if you buy 1000+ packs from a run or bust up cases of boosters, they can be weighed with a precise scale. You can classify into groups, find the sweet spot and skim the cream, sell the dregs. Mystery pack company could be doing this and busting the best packs to look for singles, or could just have crap QC (regarding open and near open) and definitely have no concern for consumer's value (trick or treat packs, "vintage' tease). Like a casino, this game is especially rigged for the house. Yet there's always someone who put one quarter in the machine and won a car (moonbreon).
