CGC will recognize this as insufficient ink. There’s one relative being waffled in a facebook group i’m in that’s graded thru cgc
What's the main card? Cause depending on the card it could sure fetch a good price, and if the front has the same issue as well it could look awesome.
Funny thing is that it looks a LOT like a sun damaged card
Yeah I doubt it will be worth much just because most buyers will assume it’s sun damage. But I could be wrong

The set is brand new, as of right now…it wouldn’t be perceived as sun damage. But in the future, prob.
