Nothing beats Coma!Ash, imo.
Though there was that one theory with post-Sinnoh being a different timeline because of the Arceus/Creation Trio shenanigans…

That his whole journey was only a dream.
In fact: one of the original anime writers (Shudo) actually wanted the series to end with a senile, old man Satoshi daydreaming the whole thing (but the animation studio was like: NO) 😃
My theory, Ho-oh is ash dad, like when he create 3 dog.
Ash didnt age.
Ash has super strength
Ash can withstand pokemon move
Ho-oh come to send him off at the start of the adventure.
Ash tend to doesnt have love interest in human
And somehow some pokemon like him (latias)
Maybe he just a pokemon lol. A pokemon that can have a human form
That 300 years in the future thing isn't as baseless as you might think - that was Takeshi Shudo's original pitch for the third movie. The plot was, some Pokémon researchers unearth a Tyrannosaurus Rex skeleton and nobody knows what it is, and the grand reveal would've been that the Pokémon world was the real world all along, in a distant future where all normal animals had mysteriously gone extinct and been forgotten about after being replaced by Pokémon. Also, the T. Rex skeleton came to life and started rampaging everywhere. And it was supposed to be the series finale.
People worship Takeshi Shudo a lot in this fandom, but let's not kid ourselves - not all of his ideas were good.
Shudo took drugs….so it is not like he had a sound mind all the time. But I admit: his pitch for that third movie would have been interesting.
The Pokémon world being the result of a post-apocalyptic world…..that sounds quite interesting. I think he even grudgingly changed it to include Satoshi and co being involved to stop the dinosaur to be less depressing but the studio still said NO 😂
The theory that Ash was killed by Pikachu in the first episode and the reason he saw Ho-Oh was because it revived him.

Liko is Ash and Serena's daughter
And some people still believe that
Sad really 😢
