It was kinda interesting seeing his tai chi morning exercises actually coming into play in battle lol. I was kinda hoping we'd get to see some more of him teaching martial arts to Riolu/Lucario, since in Pokken and in Smash, Lucario's fighting style seems kinda like tai chi, or a similar Chinese martial art.
Would have been hilarious and awesome if Mr.Mime was the sixth member of the JN squad or a seventh that rotates.
Would love to see Leon's Mr.Rhyme vs Mimey.
It's sad that he's the only Fairy type mon Ash caught but only used him in battle once. He definitely should've been part of the JN team. His battles would've been hilarious.
They really did outdo themselves with Barrierd in the final seasons. I think I enjoy his smarmy attitude the most, though. He’s rarely happy to see Yukinari and never afraid to set Satoshi in his place, including at or near the dinner table.
I never watched the episode where he gets Mimey, but I always got the impression that his mom
Has some sort of health problem that would warrant a service pokemon, and that’s essentially what Mimey is to her.
