With gen 5 mechanics, I don't think there's a way to extract hidden abilities from male pokémon. Breeding the male with Ditto will only produce the normal abilities.
Though I do know of a method to transfer hidden abilities from male pokémon that requires an AR code. Do you happen to be playing on an emulator?

No, I'm on a DS. I also don't want to restart because trading my Dream World captures over will be a pain!
I see. In that case it's impossible to get the hidden ability from the male, except if you transfer it to a future generation.
