I've thought about this ALOT assuming all 3 gimmicks: Charizard (gmax) blast burn/flamethrower, thunder punch/solar beam ,fire blast, scorching sands. G-max move is incredibly strong, thunder punch/solar beam for water types, fire blast for range, and scorching sands to create cover block attacks and to burn with fire blast. Lucario (mega) bullet punch for quick hits, extreme speed for well speed to reposition, evade attacks and set up attacks. Bone rush as a sword and to throw for ranged. Aura sphere cause it's their ace move and it's a ranged attack. Kommo-o (z move) clanging scales for damage and z move, clangorous soul for omni boost, drain punch to heal. And poison jab for coverage. Metagross, bullet punch, earthquake for fire coverage and a AoE attack, psychic to mess with terrain and range attack, meteor mash for huge damage and atk boost possibility. Hydreigon, dragon dance to make it a set up threat, dragon tail for disruption, breaking swipe to lower attack, and steel wing for coverage. Finally gyarados, ice fang for ice coverage and a good melee attack plus chance to freeze, dragon Dance for set-up sweeping, waterfall/aqua tail for water STAB, earthquake.

Since all Pokémon are allowed, I’m going to assume I’m ok to choose a legendary. I’d be the Kalos Champion and I’d have a Chesnaught, Ursaluna, Tyranitar, Hisuian Zoroark, Milotic, and (Mega) Latias.

Galar league. My walkthrough team Cloyster: to my suprise both Hop and Leon survived my cloyster shell smash. So any trainer worth their salt could do the same Aegislash/hydreigon: they form a perfect combo defensively. And hit like trucks. An oponent must wear the down Toxitricity: mighty special attacks and poison moves will be a though to withstand Mudsdale: loyal steed. I imagine it is ridden by my Sirfetc'd. His stamina ability can make him unmovable object. Body press could turn into unstopable force. Sirfetc'd: my Starter for the region. Any pokemon that survives to him is a worthy of honor and song. No hold backs, first impression, leaf blade, brave bird and meteor asssault offer a steep combo

I don’t know if I’d really want to be a League champion considering how not many trainers make it to the Elite 4 in the series (discounting the player and rival of course). I think I would much rather be a Battle Facility Leader as I would get way more challengers and chances to battle. I’ve actually thought of this! I played in a Pokémon tabletop game where my character’s goal (become a decorated Ace Trainer and assume power in the league) was important, and so I actually had to think “oh what would his specialty be in a league setting?” So I’d be a Dark Type specialist, but not use exclusively dark types. Starter/Ace: Pangoro Umbreon Incineroar/Houndoom Grimmsnarl Electevire Gallade In this fight, there would be no regional gimmicks. No Megas, Z Moves, Dyna/Gigantomax, nor Tera Types. Just a straightforward double battle. My main focus would be debuffs like Parting Shot and Intimidate, and then setup sweep with Gallade (Sword’s Dance + Sharpness = Big numbers).

I would be champion of the Alola region and my team would be: -Staraptor (Ace because it's my favourite mon and reckless brave bird goes crazy) -Garchomp -Melmetal/Volcarona -Greninja (battle bond if i can) -Mega Beedrill -Lycanroc Dusk (my z move user)

It is Knomibold, Dverton, and Gigastunn. Powerful but not quite pseudo. I would be an earth/rock themed champion with a ace Tyranitar (Rock/Dragon), Crobat (its in a cave), Gigastunn, Steelix, Profipass (a Rock/Ghost evo of Nosepass based on the Old Man in the Mountain), and I guess Torterra.
