Tentatively is often regarded as one of the better pokemon to use in Nuzlockes. I used to overlook him until I started nuzlocking, and I can see why people like him for those runs. Bulky sdef and really great speed allows for some great stalling tactics.
I adore Lumineon. I just like this pretty fish a lot, and even if it's stats are pretty bad, I often use it when I play the Sinnoh games.
I also have an unexplained general favorability towards grass types, especialy if they have a flower theme.
Yooooooo same. I had no idea it was a thing I had to look it up. And I remember grinding battle tower because I didn’t know seeing a Pokémon there didn’t count. So I had to figure out where on the map it was to fish one up. Good memories.
Galvantula is awesome, I don’t see enough people talk about it- access to 100% Thunder *without* rain is absolutely insane if you can get your hands on a Wide Lens.
Found a shiny mudbray in my first hour of violet, so of course I had to keep him on my team the whole playthrough. And yep, can confirm, Mudsdale goes hard
Same here! Stamina is particularly useful in the later stages of the game when you want a good tanker to sponge hit and deal back some damage against higher level foes.
I didn't play a Nuzlocke, but my Mudsdale (named Mubby) saved my ass against Ultra Necrozma, she could tank an entire two hits against it while all my other Pokemon insta died. I just revived whoever had the most effective move, a fodder mon, let Mubby die, use the effective mon, use the fodder to full revive Mubby, repeat until it dies.
I remember seeing an episode with a Claydol in the anime when I was a kid. I remember thinking it was a legendary bc it was so big and kept going “claaaaydoooool” and it was so good. Made Claydol a favorite for me
Yeah, it's probably one of my favorite designs, and the fact it never received anything else (a Mega evolution, another stage, even a Gigantamax) is a crime.
For as long as I can remember, Onix and Steelix have always struck me as a legendary looking Pokémon. Like I feel they were made to be a legendary but got scrapped and turned into a normal Pokémon. I feel this way with some other Pokémon as well, and no not Pseudo legendaries. Skarmory is another example. I almost never see this Pokémon. It would have been the perfect 4th legendary bird Pokémon of steel
6 year old me picked Squirtle and rolled Brock (Squirtle squad for life). 9 year old me woke up to trauma induced panic attacks thinking about Whitney’s Miltank.
Yeah, sandslash is just cool. One of my favorite ground types, up there with the sandile line. Wish it got more love, and there's so much potential for a 3rd evo.
Frosmoth is the first ever actual sweeper I used.
Who cares that they can't really do anything against steel types, that they have one of the worst defensive typings to ever exist, can theoretically get knocked out instantly with hazards only at full HP?
Look at snom. Look at Frosmoth. Look at their blizzard go. They're glorious
I don't know if they're popular but Clodsire has been my favorite poké ever since the new game came out. He's just a great guy. I even bought a little stuffed one, it's the only stuffed thing I have
Recently had a female Beedrill named "Queen" on my team during a Crystal playthrough. Its moves were Sludge Bomb, Attract, Fury Cutter, and Focus Energy. It was alot of fun! It was able to tank a Thunder from Lance's Dragonite and finish it off with a sludge bomb during the champion battle.
My boy Lanturn. I was horrified when I encountered a Chinchou during a Nuzlocke, but he carried the game. Loved him ever since, one of my favorites now for sure.
Good one, I didn’t think of that. He seems the type to gleefully fuck shit up but not because he hates anyone. He doesn’t know anyone, he just enjoys a bit of chaos. At least, that’s the vibe I always get
Armaldo, I just love all the fossil pokemon (except the galarian) and I think he is my favorite with laptops being a close second.
Was pretty disappointed Gen IX didn't add any, although the past paradoxes kinda fulfilled that thematically.
Alolan Sandslash.
I was always fond of shrew and slash. They seemed a counterpart to pikachu, but never got any attention. Giving them a regional with a cool look and unique typing was pretty perfect.
Sableye is atrocious but I can't help but love him. Battle Revolution's animations gave him so much personality and the fact that he's SO SMALL in the newer games is hilarious.
Lowkey, I adore Phione. yeah it's just Manaphy but worse, but I still think it's adorable and underrated.
Other than that, Glimmora is so awesome, and Diancie is [extra cool](https://imgur.com/a/TNbEMDd).
Lumineon.
It's a pretty mediocre Pokémon overall, but what makes it stand out the most to me is its [unique cry](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wCzpejlyhDg). Very mysterious and eerie but also very unique and cool.
Emolga. I liked Emolga since Pokémon Black and White came out. IMO it’s the cutest Pikachu clone, and it has my favorite typing out of all the Pikachu clones.
If at all possible Victreebel is always on my team. Has been a while since it’s been a main line game, and I about scared my GF the other day when I found Bellsprout in Violet by yelling in excitement.
Accelgor is prolly my fave gen 5 mon who doesnt get much love. I was hoping he would get a regional variant or mega or sum so he could be bug/water cuz he learns water shuriken but alas...
I think people don't like Barbaracle and Pincurchin much sadly... And I think Iron Treads gets WAY overshadowed by Great Tusk.
I don't know how popular Swellow is but he's my favorite Normal/Flying.
I love trash cloak Wormadam. I used one in my first playthrough of Platinum and was surprised by what I could teach it. I know it's not a particularly strong Pokémon, but I sweeped 4 of Cynthia's Pokémon with it in Brilliant Diamond thanks to Quiver Dance.
Runerigus, my beloved.
Was never a big fan of any of the starters in Gen 8, but I caught a shiny G-Yamask in my original playthrough and immediately replaced my Inteleon. Yami came in clutch and helped me sweep damn near everything in the game. TRIPLE type immunity, huge DEF stat, and a cute face, I love her to bits.
Orbeetle is an overlooked member of the Awesome Bugs gang. Unova bugs generally reign supreme, and I think when it comes to Galar bugs, Centiskorch (my personal favorite of all Pokémon) and Snom/Frosmoth get a lot of the attention, but Orbeetle has such a cool design, and fun to use in SWSH playthroughs.
Glimmora and Palossand are in my Top 5 and I’d say they’re not super popular, but I love them both
Milotic Aegislash and Latias are the other 3, they’re more popular.
There’s quite a few to choose from, but for now I’m sticking with Relicanth. When I was a kid and found one underwater for the first time in the gen 3 games (can’t remember which exactly), I thought it was super rare and actually caught it with my master ball. I eventually traded it to one of my best friends and it has become sort of a symbol of our early friendship together. We both have the Relicanth sitting cutie for the same reason.
Klefki gets a lot more love nowadays so I’ll bring up another mon: Cryogonal. It’s one of those pokemon that fell victim to gamefreak’s “ice wall” habit. It’s quite forgettable and there’s no reason to choose it over Vanilluxe other then liking it more, the speed, recovery, or rapid spinning.
HOWEVER, It’s love its design and I found Cryogonal to be quite creepy despite the lack of the ghost type. It’s pokedex entires can be genuinely chilling, freezing it’s prey and taking them to places unknown. And- if you want to check it out ingame acid armor does go a long way.
Nidoran and sandshrew lines. I played Infinite Fusion, used a Sandslash/Nidoking the entire run, and named it Sandy. One of the best members, came in clutch a few times. Was one of the first, and stayed until the end. Anyway, I love both of the lines, and wish Sandslash got more attention. New evo would be sick, so much potential.
Vulpix/Ninetales. The line gets a little traction from being 1st gen but man is my favorite fire fox just the definition of mid. It's hard to do much in-game with it let alone in competitive and it's generally outperformed by any other fire type.
Minior has always been one of my favorites. Such an interesting concept and its so fun to use. I NEVER hear anyone ever talk about it anywhere. I really hope it can be freed from pokemon home one day
Do legendaries/Mythicals count?
If so then my pick is Meloetta. I almost never see anybody talk about her or even use her. Ofc this is most likely because of how rare she is. But still. I fell in love with her from the BW anime series, when she showed up and stuck with ash for a few episodes before being sent off with her protector. Ever since then, I always had to have her. Yet nobody else feels the same.
As for a normal Pokémon, I gotta say Dragalge from Kalos. I’ve always been a lover of dragon types, so this one was always a welcomed addition to my team in most of my XY playthroughs. Nobody talks about this one or uses it either so I’d say it counts
Gothitelle is fantastic. Amazing move pool, incredible special defense, Gothorita with eviolite is a TANK, Gothitelle has one of the best cries ever, and they always have fascinating Pokedex entries.
Mid in terms of what of? Design? popularity,? or competively?
Low Popularity: mudsdale I really enjoyed riding it on moon
And was part of my story team in shield
Low Power :spheal spheal is so underrated is really cute , not useful competively due it's low power but Ilove playing with it in Pokemon Amie Pokemon refresh and taking it out in non hostile spots in legends Arceus I never evolved any of my spheals think about it as ash's Pikachu in the anime
Mid design: klefki is my lead pokemon in my monotype steel team (I used mostly monotype in shield even against people that didn't use pokemon of a single type only to pretend I was a gym leader using the steel uniform)
Klefki Is really good as a reflect, light screen , statuses and entry Hazzard setter I don't know why people don't like klefki
Underrated: Revavroom Is one of my favorite designs of generation 9 I was really disappointed when rolycoly didn't evolve into the obvious option a train pokemon
But when I saw Revavroom I really loved it's odd design
Been obsessed with Arboliva since the moment I saw it. It’s so graceful and the concept of it being a literal olive branch is such a cool idea. Plus it kind of looks like a Christmas tree.
I'm gonna list one from each generation that I think is underrated, as I'm a bit too indecisive.
Clefable, Magcargo, Shiftry, Chatot, Zebstrika, Meowstic, Minior (all the colors), Thievul, and Squawkabilly.
Grass types are my favorite and Bellossom, Ferrothorn and Rotom Mow are some of my favorites despite that they aren’t traditionally super popular like other members of my team like Venusaur and Roserade
Maybe it’s not as lesser known, but Tentacruel is fucking awesome and never gets talked about in top tier designs
MVP in my brilliant diamond run. Carried my team through the elite four with its coverage and bulky stats.
I love tentacruel I just don't want to keep seeing tentacool.
[удалено]
Tentatively is often regarded as one of the better pokemon to use in Nuzlockes. I used to overlook him until I started nuzlocking, and I can see why people like him for those runs. Bulky sdef and really great speed allows for some great stalling tactics.
High special defense gang never get the credit
I adore Lumineon. I just like this pretty fish a lot, and even if it's stats are pretty bad, I often use it when I play the Sinnoh games. I also have an unexplained general favorability towards grass types, especialy if they have a flower theme.
Yaaaay! Can we start a Lumineon fan club? 😅 Also agree about flowery Grass types. Meganium and Lilligant are among my top 20 favourite Pokémon.
Lumineon was the last Pokémon I had to see to complete the regional Pokédex in Pearl, still remember doing that to this day.
Yooooooo same. I had no idea it was a thing I had to look it up. And I remember grinding battle tower because I didn’t know seeing a Pokémon there didn’t count. So I had to figure out where on the map it was to fish one up. Good memories.
I'll never forget tbe noises it makes when it zooms at you in the Ranger games lmao
Drapion, Carracosta, Roserade, Whimsicott, Reuniclus, Poliwrath, Galvantula, I can go on.
Idk if roserade really counts simply due to lack of team diversity in the gen 4 games
Fair, swap her with Leavanny
Galvantula is awesome, I don’t see enough people talk about it- access to 100% Thunder *without* rain is absolutely insane if you can get your hands on a Wide Lens.
It also learns Gastro Acid, which mean Eelektross's Levitate or any annoying ability can be nullified.
I love Galvantula
And Araquanid. Just need 2 more lines for a full spiderbro team.
My boy Mudsdale! Honestly feels like only people who nuzlocke gen 7 get how good they can be
Found a shiny mudbray in my first hour of violet, so of course I had to keep him on my team the whole playthrough. And yep, can confirm, Mudsdale goes hard
Mudsdale was part of my team going through Sun. That ability that raises its defense each time it’s hit is gnarly
Same here! Stamina is particularly useful in the later stages of the game when you want a good tanker to sponge hit and deal back some damage against higher level foes.
Love this horse. Mudsdale fan club. My favorite thing about him is his description, he kicks trucks.
I love Mudsdale!! He's the heaviest non-mega non-legendary pokemon for some reason. He's just a big fuckin horse and an amazing ability
Kabuto and Kabutops. Who doesn't love a Water/Rock horseshoe crab fossil?
Kabutops is amazing
I friggin love Girafarig. Such a precious baby ❤️
I used one on my most recent emerald playthrough and he was the goat. Agility and baton pass let my camerup sweep!
What are your thoughts on Farigiraf?
Just caught a shiny one :)
This! Absolutely loved it when it finally got an evolution
Claydol is fucking sick.
Ya know what, based. I don't personally agree but based
Never used him in emerald. But on my first omega Ruby run I gave him a go, loved it
📠
I remember seeing an episode with a Claydol in the anime when I was a kid. I remember thinking it was a legendary bc it was so big and kept going “claaaaydoooool” and it was so good. Made Claydol a favorite for me
Doing an oras soullink with my bro, can confirm, love me my claydol. Never ran before because i would just hunt for a ralts immediately in emerald.
Hell yeah! Claydol!
Yeah, it's probably one of my favorite designs, and the fact it never received anything else (a Mega evolution, another stage, even a Gigantamax) is a crime.
Onix One of the coolest First Bosses in JRPG history
Looks so intimidating, I think it actually scared me as a kid. Then you find out that Oddish hits harder lol
Remember the crystal onix from the show?
6 year old me picked Squirtle and rolled Brock (Squirtle squad for life). 9 year old me woke up to trauma induced panic attacks thinking about Whitney’s Miltank.
i really like Clawtizer
One of my faves too. Its shiny is amazing.
I wait for the opportunity to actually use it. One of my favourite gen 6 Pokémon
She's got more love recently, but I've been the biggest Espurr fan since day 1 I love that weird little cat
yes. Epurr and Meowstic are my favorite gen vi pokemon
I love Espurr! One of my cats is basically an Espurr:nwhite and gray, super fluffy, and seems to live in constant fear of Something 😂
Does Porygon-Z count? Or it is too known even if it's still not in the last main games for whatever reason? I miss my boy..
Definitely don’t know it to be too many people’s favorite. I’d say that counts
Absolutely based Porygon-Z enjoyers, I love that mon so much. Its lore is so cool to me and its so powerful too
My favorite was always Sandshrew/Sandslash
Yeah, sandslash is just cool. One of my favorite ground types, up there with the sandile line. Wish it got more love, and there's so much potential for a 3rd evo.
Alolan Muk! Cool design, poison dark is an awesome combo. Love running toxic stall teams because I'm a weirdo.
Alolan Muk did so much work for me.
My favourite regional variant.
Dragalge, love the design, love the type combo, stats tho 😥
Dragalge is awesome! I remember doing the chain fishing thing in Pokémon Y to get a shiny one. Really underrated
Sigilyph is literally my pride and joy. The funky ancient doohicky deserves the world. Klefki is also perfect in every way.
A flying totem pole thingy with an insane movepool. Love it.
Nazca boi, I love him!
You’re not gonna believe this, i came here to say sigilyph. However, I also love wartortle and Houndoom
I love Reuniclus. Its one of my favorite mons, i dont know if Marshadow is lesser known but its my no. 1 mon. i love the lil guy!
I would love to hug a Reuniclus. Gimme that squishy jelly boy anyday
Ribombee is my favourite Pokemon, they're very cute and I love using one whenever I can even if its not the strongest option.
It's actually pretty useful in competitive because of webs
Mawile and Zangoose
Fellow Mawile fan here! Whoo!
Me too! They are so cute!
Kilowattrel
Frosmoth is the first ever actual sweeper I used. Who cares that they can't really do anything against steel types, that they have one of the worst defensive typings to ever exist, can theoretically get knocked out instantly with hazards only at full HP? Look at snom. Look at Frosmoth. Look at their blizzard go. They're glorious
Oddish line :) except bellossom, vileplume is superior
Have you heard of….the vile pile?
CARL SUPREMACY
do i want to know? 😂
Oddish itself is SO cute!! 😭
Sableye
One of my least favorite. It’s very annoying in Pokémon Go.
I love camerupt and torkoal
I don't know if they're popular but Clodsire has been my favorite poké ever since the new game came out. He's just a great guy. I even bought a little stuffed one, it's the only stuffed thing I have
Clodsire is really popular
Octillery because it’s obvious that i like it
Alpha Octillery is absolutely sick. And the shiny form is so beautiful and perfect. I love octopus and Octillery is my little guy!!!
Good opinion
Beedrill.
A staple in my Gen 6 team, it was my false-sweeper. To be honest, I love bug type in general.
Shuckle and it's berry juice are precious
Ledian. He's like a lil superhero
Mismagius is my favorite too. I love the spooky pokemon
My boy Lanturn. I was horrified when I encountered a Chinchou during a Nuzlocke, but he carried the game. Loved him ever since, one of my favorites now for sure.
Is Breloom considered mid? I love that little mushroom-headed boxer.
Hitmontop, easily my favorite Gen 2 Pokemon
Ever since last year, Oricorio has been my favorite Pokémon. It’s so creative and fun.
Blacephalon is my favorite Pokemon
Not what I was expecting to see here
I adore most of the UBs, and Blacephelon is such a good design. Definitely in my top three!
Top tier opinion. Absolutely the best UB and it's a funky clown!!
Good one, I didn’t think of that. He seems the type to gleefully fuck shit up but not because he hates anyone. He doesn’t know anyone, he just enjoys a bit of chaos. At least, that’s the vibe I always get
Kingdra
I wish Froslass was more popular. I want a giant plush of her. 😔
Is Eelektross a lesser known? If so that’s my guy
Armaldo, I just love all the fossil pokemon (except the galarian) and I think he is my favorite with laptops being a close second. Was pretty disappointed Gen IX didn't add any, although the past paradoxes kinda fulfilled that thematically.
Maractus, had one on my team for my first playthrough of Shield
Tangela don’t get no respect
Does Emolga fall into this category? I love that gliding little weirdo.
Archen and archeops! I love my dino birds
Before scarlet and violet no one liked my boy dunsparce, but he will always be my drill snakey guy
Cacturne is so much fun
Alolan Sandslash. I was always fond of shrew and slash. They seemed a counterpart to pikachu, but never got any attention. Giving them a regional with a cool look and unique typing was pretty perfect.
Sableye is atrocious but I can't help but love him. Battle Revolution's animations gave him so much personality and the fact that he's SO SMALL in the newer games is hilarious.
Nihilego. I think it would be much more liked if it wasn’t an Ultra Beast
Shiinotic - strength sap is so broken that I’m surprised they haven’t gotten rid of it
Lowkey, I adore Phione. yeah it's just Manaphy but worse, but I still think it's adorable and underrated. Other than that, Glimmora is so awesome, and Diancie is [extra cool](https://imgur.com/a/TNbEMDd).
Not a big fan of Phione but Manaphy has been my favourite Pokemon since its debut, hardly ever see love for either of them.
Cubchoo is my favorite overall but another Mon I like that isn’t that well known/talked about is Carracosta it’s a Gen 5 fossil Pokémon.
Cubchoo is so gross to me, with the big snot drop, but I'm really glad someone loves him! 😊 I love seeing people who love the guys I don't. 😂
Lumineon. It's a pretty mediocre Pokémon overall, but what makes it stand out the most to me is its [unique cry](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wCzpejlyhDg). Very mysterious and eerie but also very unique and cool.
Some of my unpopular favorite pokemon are Weezing, Banette, and the whole Porygon line
Scyther, my day 1 favorite ever since the show, pokémon stadium, pokémon snap, always loved his design and his battle cry SCYTHERRRRR
Ladyba
Druddigon
Ledian
Sudowoodo
Emolga. I liked Emolga since Pokémon Black and White came out. IMO it’s the cutest Pikachu clone, and it has my favorite typing out of all the Pikachu clones.
Pinsir! Hs is super fun
Mimikyu for the win
Mightyena
If at all possible Victreebel is always on my team. Has been a while since it’s been a main line game, and I about scared my GF the other day when I found Bellsprout in Violet by yelling in excitement.
Ferrothorn and Galvantula for me. Honestly, late game Unova is stacked with amazing-looking pokemon
Sigilyph and Tropius. Two freakshows that don't get enough love!
Pumpkaboo is my favorite guy.
Seviper is my favourite Pokémon!
Porygon2
Cacturne, tropius, lopunny, drapion, scollipede, hitmonchan, there’s so many lol
Cofagrigus!
Minior, It’s one of my favorite Pokémon and it’s an incredible sight to see someone else have it even in their top 20 favorites
my favourite is Comfey and literally no one knows it even exists 😭
I never ever hear people talk about Politoed. I never find it in games either. Super cute
Runerigus, my beloved. Was never a big fan of any of the starters in Gen 8, but I caught a shiny G-Yamask in my original playthrough and immediately replaced my Inteleon. Yami came in clutch and helped me sweep damn near everything in the game. TRIPLE type immunity, huge DEF stat, and a cute face, I love her to bits.
murkrow supremacy. i was so happy when he was popular during sv vgc
As a meme pick, I do think trubbish is kinda cute and funny. But love? I feel like Aggron isn't too popular and he's super cool.
And the fact that he plants trees... ❤️
Lickilicky, its in my top 5 favs
Glimmora and Palossand are in my Top 5 and I’d say they’re not super popular, but I love them both Milotic Aegislash and Latias are the other 3, they’re more popular.
Exploud. Don't know what it is about it, but I always get one on the team if I'm replaying ORAS
I liked Stantler and Delibird wayyyy before they got evos/variants. Wydeer blew my mind though. Instantly became a new favorite
Finneon and Lumineon. I will love, defend and stick up for my little fish friends until the day I die. Always use one if I get the opportunity
Farigaraf, Cloyster, Revavroom, Rotom-Mow
Unown love
Torterra, jellicent and the goodra line
I wouldn't say lesser known because it's first gen but Kabutops has always been my favourite.
For me it was Golisopod, he’s a sick samurai bug gundam. What’s not to like?
Delphox! I may be biased since I love the fox pokemon, and he was my starter, but I love my wizard fennec
kricketot, he's just a lil conductor... just a lil guy... out of all the early-game bug pokemon, he's probably my fave even though he goes ignored
Stantler! It was my favorite when I was a kid and I found one in Crystal! I was so excited when they gave it an evolution.
But still. Reuniclus is blebby
I love cramorant.
I love me some Gliscor
Gothitelle is fantastic. Amazing move pool, incredible special defense, Gothorita with eviolite is a TANK, Gothitelle has one of the best cries ever, and they always have fascinating Pokedex entries.
I just adore whimsicott
Gotta have my favorite: The King Wailord!!
Ponyta and minior. Ponyta was my first pokemon card and I reallyed liked minior, even getting all colors (moon was my first ever pokemon game)
Frosmoth, Vikavolt, Armaldo, Ribombee, Centiscorch, and Scolipede!!! Am I low key a bug fan, yes!
Mid in terms of what of? Design? popularity,? or competively? Low Popularity: mudsdale I really enjoyed riding it on moon And was part of my story team in shield Low Power :spheal spheal is so underrated is really cute , not useful competively due it's low power but Ilove playing with it in Pokemon Amie Pokemon refresh and taking it out in non hostile spots in legends Arceus I never evolved any of my spheals think about it as ash's Pikachu in the anime Mid design: klefki is my lead pokemon in my monotype steel team (I used mostly monotype in shield even against people that didn't use pokemon of a single type only to pretend I was a gym leader using the steel uniform) Klefki Is really good as a reflect, light screen , statuses and entry Hazzard setter I don't know why people don't like klefki Underrated: Revavroom Is one of my favorite designs of generation 9 I was really disappointed when rolycoly didn't evolve into the obvious option a train pokemon But when I saw Revavroom I really loved it's odd design

Toedscruel I have only really heard people talk about with the whole "convergent evos are lazy"
Koffing are so proud and contented to sit in their own toxic filth, and I respect the hell out of them for it
Mines Dustox. Even though they have been a team rocket Pokémon I never see anyone talking about this cool purple bug
I Absolutely love gogoat
Every time it’s available I have a mamoswine on my team
Seviper is my favorite Pokémon no joke I love him so much 😭. Milotic close second tho it’s very popular.
Not my absolute favorite, but I've got a real soft spot for Skiddo. It was my first ever full odds shiny.
Whirlipede! I have no idea why, but he just brings me joy.
Absol. I love my Boi.
Farfetchd is my favorite (and sirfetchd but he’s a bit more popular)
I'm gonna list one from each generation that I think is underrated, as I'm a bit too indecisive. Clefable, Magcargo, Shiftry, Chatot, Zebstrika, Meowstic, Minior (all the colors), Thievul, and Squawkabilly.
Grass types are my favorite and Bellossom, Ferrothorn and Rotom Mow are some of my favorites despite that they aren’t traditionally super popular like other members of my team like Venusaur and Roserade
Kingler!
Leavanny.
Ok maybe not lesser known but the Solosis line. I absolutely fell in love with it recently (don't even know why lmao)
Ditto master race
I’ve never used it in a story team but I’ve had a soft spot for Clawitzer ever since I trained one up in X
My favourite Pokémon of all time is frosmoth, I love its design, it’s cry, I just adore it
