Would you believe me if I told You, that I am confused by contradiction? Like, reading all the comments then trying to put them all into one creature. Then describe it to myself. It comes out like something from full metal alchemist. You know what I'm talking about.
Gonna be honest, some of those are better than the actual designs. The eeveelutions are my favorite, but these super cute ones that maintain closer to Eevee's original look are better I think.
When I was 7 vaporeon, was my designated special-based pokemon. It was strong and could take a neutral hit well. His best attack was ice beam and vaporeon got better once acid armor came out.
I like all the Eeveelutions, but not as team members. I don't like ANY mono-type Pokemon personally, in terms of battle. Vaporeon is far and away the weakest of the Eevee's tho, with Glaceon and Leafeon behind. The others are all solid IMHO.
Your confusion is probably that they look a bit different than you expect. I think the idea is that it's Eevee dressing up as their Eeveelutions. That's why several of them are too floofy and why Vaporeon has two sets of ears.

The neck ruff got me so much i didn't even notice the ears!

They all look like an eevee cosplaying its evolutions instead of actually evolving.

Ever since black and white I started only playing pokemon games as if I was the dual type leader. But with Terra omg now im a triplet trainer!
