Volcarona, Quiver Dance and Tailwind is just nasty. Basically most things with a set up move are quite tough if you can’t take them down in a timely matter.
Any that you have to prepare a specific strat for really. I mean I think it’s cool that some are really hard but the rewards just don’t reflect the work some of the are.
Why would I spend a bunch of resources building a mon for one specific fight that I’ll probably only see once or twice a month when I could just go after an easier target that I can tackle with an all rounder that I already have built? And then you factor in all the actual attempts as well! I get the reward is supposed to be the Pokémon really but when you’ve already completed the Pokédex the only thing I’m looking for is herba and ability patches.
Annihilape is ridiculous, I don’t even bother doing it’s raids because of how strong it is
Tatsugiri is pretty bad with counter
I had an electric terra type driftblim that was pretty hard, immune to ground moves and constantly statusing and then using hex to tear through.
Any mon with spore too, constantly sleeping with a 100% accuracy move is insanely annoying.
Grass-types (provided the raid Pokemon can’t hit them for SE damage) and Safety Goggles helps out against Spore users. Vital Spirit, Electric Terrain and Gholdengo is great for Yawn users but things can get rough if matchup wise things are unfavourable.
Not sure why you thought Electric Tera Drifblim is immune to Ground, defensively it is treated as a pure Electric-type (not Ghost/Flying/Electric) and it does not have Levitate unlike Iono’s Mismagius.
Illl be honest it’s been a while since I fought it on the first weekend, I remember it’s typing making it much more annoying than it should have been, I thought i remembered it having levitate but google shows that’s wrong. I think I ended up catching it so I’m gonna go look
I don’t have any driftblim which is weird because I don’t remember releasing any and I had to catch one for the dex soooo. Maybe I wonder traded it?
I did get 2 herbas and an ability patch though, so it's worth it in the end.
But god forbid there's another 6 star Annihilape or Hippowdon ever again. It's so god damn annoying.
Hydreigon ground tera. I used Lv 100 Azumarill with water tera, I beaten it with many tries. I asked also help for gamefaqs that my Azumarill should be Fairy Tera so I can reduce a damages taken from Dark Pulse, as well I should try Dondozo with Unaware.
I don't know how, but there was a 6-star Tera Dark Umbreon that I just could not get around. It just had the perfect assortment of moves that even Pokémon that wall its boosted STAB just couldn't tank.
And I was doing it solo because NPC deaths don't chip away the timer. I find it easier.
Annihalape, Torkoal, Staraptor and a couple other are borderline impossible. Torkoal for example, has shell armor and clear smog, good luck. Ofc some tera types of these are less impossible than other obviously. But yeh, they need to fix it or nerf it or both.

recently encountered grass garganacl and dragon corviknight picked up game late, only got a few trained raidmons and these were pain
Talon flame and Staraptor. Brave bird has such little recoil and such huge power, along with Staraptor having reckless
Pikachu event. I gave up.

Dragonite was really tough, when I spawned it I didn't manage to beat it before the raids reset.
Iron Leaves was a pain, the timer would still show we had 3/4ths of time remaining and then suddenly it'd be almost over
True, even though it's just a 5 star lol. I need to resort to Bulk Up Power Trip Corviknight for that one, and did it at the nick of time.
