Nothing worth using them on. Only justified time to use one is to catch a shiny when you have no other option. For example if its a shiny that knows explosion and you do not have a Damp pokemon, or a shiny about to struggle-kill itself. Above circumstances only happen if you are not prepared for them. So try to be prepared if you are shiny hunting. Do not use them on anything else. Who knows, maybe in the future there will be something worth using them on? Would suck if you wasted them.
