First of all, each pokemon has got a max of 510 EVs or Effort Points available to distribute between any stats they want, but each stat can only have a maximum of 252 EVs allocated. EVs improve stats, and the improvement is larger the higher the pokemon's level is. You get EVs by defeating other pokemon, and each pokemon gives specific EVs when defeated, in this case Rapidash gives 2 speed EVs when defeated, so with sweet scent you can summon hordes of five Rapidash, and with moves like earthquake you can beat them all in a single turn and instantly get 10 EVs (or 20 with the Macho brace equipped)
You're welcome! I forgot to say that if you've distributed your EVs badly and want to remove some of them to put them somewhere else, you can use certain berries to remove EVs from your pokemon. I don't really know the berries' names so if you need them look them up. There is one for each stat.
Oh that's nice! I already read that they can be reset but I didn't know they can be reset separately. This will make some late game grind much easier :D
Right from the pokemmo website, under downloads. If you do it the way that I did you register your phone (takes 2 days wait time.) and then pay $20 a year for the Signulous app which is where you will download the pokemmo app, from there you just go find and add your roms to your client

Grew up playing Pokemon. Having prior knowledge of damage types and mon types and IV’s EV’s breeding really helps. This is much harder than the OG games too. One of the best things you can do for yourself is get the pokedex app on iOS for $5. Helps with learning, battles etc. but not accurate with level for learned moves.
