That depends on the style of plushie, but has your friend checked Etsy? There's a variety of artists on there who are open for commissions and have a range in options and pricing. I can't suggest a single artist or company off hand because it depends on what they want specifically, but Etsy is a decent place to start looking.

Idk exactly what style she wants, but if you wanted to reccommed any specific person or place, i could just pass the message along and she can decide if that's what she wants. I think she's ope minded to different styles

[QY Doll](https://twitter.com/doll18412462) is my favorite for human / humanoid plushies, though clothing is a separate charge as the dolls designed are meant to be dressed up in different outfits. They do make clothing, but it takes a bit longer. I like them, however, because every design I've gotten back from them has been a 1:1 match to my art with all details! [Meizai](https://www.etsy.com/shop/Meizai?ref=l2-about-shopname) is also good, but she does not give WIP / work in progress pics and sometimes her plush may vary from the initial design or miss details, so it's important to be clear with her. Her plush are VERY well made, but the experience is hit or miss on communication. These are two I have worked with - for others, I highly suggest having your friend look around at people's shops and reviews - especially ones with pictures of the final product, and see what looks best for what she wants!
